Welcome to Day #10 of my 12 Days of Christmas. Do you have all of your Christmas cards created yet? I’ll have to take a minute and count how many I have thus far. I decided this year to use the ones I’ve created this year for my business so far instead of sitting down production style and creating the same card for everyone.
I really like how this set turned out. It’s really gratifying when you have a picture in your head and it comes out the way you envisioned. I used the “Newsprint DSP” and cut out holly leaves using the “Stocking Accents Die”. I then colored my paper using my “Brayer” and “Wild Wasabi Ink”, sponged “Basic Black Ink” on the edges and then used “Dazzling Details” to outline one side of each holly leaf:
Card Supplies:
- Cardstock: Very Vanilla, Real Red, Basic Black
- DSP: Newsprint, Holly Berry
- Inks: Basic Black, Wild Wasabi
- Tools: Big Shot, Stocking Accents Die, Punch Pack, Ribbon Lace Border Punch, Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impressions Folder, Brayer
- Accessories: Dazzling Details
- Stamps: Holiday Happiness
You can see the glittery shine on the holly leaves below from the “Dazzling Details”. If you click on the photo you can really see the detail:
The little goodie box is created with the “Pillow Box Die” and my “Big Shot Machine”:

- DSP: Newsprint, Holly Berry
- Inks: Basic Black, Wild Wasabi

Thank you for visiting me again today, stay tuned for Day #11 tomorrow!
