Now on to my Day 2 Harvest Gratitude Stamp Camp projects:
Today’s card is all about diecuts. I used the Meadow Dies that coordinate with the Quiet Meadow Stamp Set. I also added embossing with the Timeworn Embossing Folder on the Basic White Cardstock layer:
The diecuts add some much texture to the card and there wasn’t much stamping on this card:
Here are my layers:
- Crushed Curry Cardstock 11″ x 4-1/4″. Score and fold at 5-1/2″.
- Layer 2: Cajun Craze Cardstock 5-1/4″ x 4″. Glue to card base. Stamp the flower image repeatedly starting at the top right corner to the bottom left corner with Cajun Craze Ink.
- Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock 4-1/4″ x 3″. Emboss with the Timeworn Embossing Folder. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Diecuts: Use 4 of the branch diecuts with Pear Pizzazz and Crushed Curry Cardstocks. Glue to white layer and trim the bottom of each branch.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Cajun Craze Cardstock with Cajun Craze Ink. Cut with the label shape and glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Rhinestone Jewels to the flowers on the diecut.
I’ll be back with Day 3 tomorrow. You can also see the completed cards below that were included in my class.
