I Have A New Machine!
Now that Christmas and the birth of Jesus has once again appeared and our celebrations are over with, I can show you the card that I created for my three grandgirls, Kaitlynn, Kylee and Kassie.
I made three of these during our Stamp til You Cramp Gathering a few weeks ago. I wanted to create something to make them smile as they are 14, 4 and 2. This card design did not need a sentiment on the front and all of those pieces I puzzled together are from a new machine I purchased.
As most of you know, I’ve been keeping busy doing craft fairs and will also be selling in two different business. One is local to me and the other is my hometown. I am now doing vinyl signs along with my painted signs and I wanted a machine to cut the vinyl for me. I purchased a Brother Scan N Cut (SNC125) Machine and I love it!
This is the first big project that I made with the machine. It was so much fun but so time-consuming as well. I think I’ll stick to stamping when it comes to cards but of course, for my grands, I’ll always make something special. The girls were pretty excited to have mail to open as I mailed these to them with a little bit of cash inside so they would have something of their own.
I spent Christmas day with them and as always had a really good time. My daughter Jessica along with the help of TJ, made a delicious spiral ham meal. Here are a few photos:
The card is a tri-fold card and I added a panel on the back from a little note from Grammy. I hope you like this intricate project of mine. I’ll show you some of my vinyl projects soon! Have a good day and I hope your Christmas was beautiful!
