Abigail Rose Designer Paper & Cottage Rose Bundle!
It’s time for another edition of a Catalog Case project. I fell in love with today’s card that you’ll find in our Annual Catalog on page 57. The only product I changed up with the ribbon because I don’t have the ribbon that was used by Stampin’ Up! You can see the card in the first photo below:
I had fun using the die to cut holes in my Basic White Cardstock and then using the same die to cut the printed version from the Abigail Rose Designer Paper. Once all of the pieces were cut out, I added them to the diecut holes:
Card Products:
- Stamps: Cottage Rose
- Cardstock: Soft Suede, Soft Succulent, Basic White
- Inks: Soft Succulent
- Designer Paper: Abigail Rose
- Tools & Accessories: Cottage Flowers Dies, Soft Succulent Open Weave Ribbon, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Take Your Pick Tool, Multipurpose Glue
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Soft Suede Cardstock 11″ x 4-1/4″. Score and fold at 5-1/2″.
- Layer #2: Abigail Rose Designer Paper 5-1/2″ x 3″. Glue 1/4″ from the left edge.
- Layer #3: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4″ x 3-1/4″. Place the large die on top and cut all of the holes needed. Glue to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals about 1/2″ from the right edge.
- Layer #4: Use the Abigail Rose Designer Paper sheet that coordinates with the large die. Cut all of the pieces with the die. Add multipurpose glue to the holes a few at a time. Use the Take Your Pick Tool to pick up one designer paper diecut at a time and place inside each coordinating hole. You should have enough printed pieces to fit in each hole. It’s like a big puzzle!
- Ribbon: Glue the ribbon in a zigzag pattern on the right side of the white layer.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment using Soft Succulent Ink on a Soft Succulent Cardstock that measures 1-7/8″ x 1-1/8″. Glue over the ribbon with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
