We Are All Saying Goodbye to Retiring Products This Month!

So many products retiring next month but so many new ones coming! And so many new colors for our Color Refresh as well. Welcome to an April Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! We are all featuring retiring stamp sets this month and I chose to feature the Art Gallery stamp set and Floral Gallery Dies.

I also added a new product. Did you notice the stitching on my two smallest layers? Those stitched lines are from the Radiating Stitches Dies that are part of our Online Exclusives. I love the look!

I dressed up my pretty stamped flowers with Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush. Because I colored directly over the Real Red Ink, the color spread to the white to give it a watercolor look with some sparkles.

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

• Cardstock: Real Red, Basic White, Basic Black
• Tools & Accessories: Floral Gallery Dies, Radiating Stitches Dies, Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush, Basics Embossing Powders, Heat Tool, Black Matte Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder

Card Recipe:

• Card Base: Real Red Cardstock 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
• Layer #2: Basic Black Cardstock 5-1/4″ x 4″. Glue to card base.
• Layer #3: Basic White Cardstock 5″ x 3-3/4″. Emboss with the Painted Texture Embossing Folder. Glue to card front.
• Layer #4: Real Red Cardstock cut with the Radiating Stitches Dies #2. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Layer #5: Basic White Cardstock cut with the Radiating Stitches Dies #3. Stamp the leaves repeatedly on the background with Soft Succulent Ink. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Flowers: Stamp three flowers on Basic White Cardstock with Real Red Ink. Cut with the dies. Color with Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment with VersaMark Ink on Basic Black Cardstock. Sprinkle with White Embossing Powder. Melt with the Heat Tool. Cut with the label die and glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Bling: Add Matte Black Dots to the background.
