A Pretty Color Challenge!
It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Connie & Mary and we are all using the same colors today. I combined the three colors along with a pretty stamped and colored image, designer paper and some bling!
The little brass dragonflies are so neat. They are self-adhesive and a shiny gold color. It’s a new product added this week to our Online Exclusives. Check out my details:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Fruitful Blessings
- Cardstock: Mossy Meadow, Pretty Peacock, Moody Mauve, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Garden Walk
- Inks: Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
- Stampin’ Blends: Mossy Meadow, Pretty Peacock, Moody Mauve
- Tools & Accessories: Fruitful Blessings Dies, Nested Essentials Dies, Adhesive Backed Dragonflies & Birds, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Moody Mauve Cardstock 11″ x 4-1/4″. Score and fold at 5-1/2″.
- Layer 2: Mossy Meadow Cardstock 5-1/4″ x 4″. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Garden Walk Designer Paper 4-3/4″ x 3-1/2″. Glue to card front.
- Layer 4: Garden Walk Designer Paper cut with the Nested Essential Dies 4-1/4″ long. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamped Image: Stamp the image from Fruitful Blessings with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Cut with the die and color with the Stampin’ Blends Markers. Glue to label shape with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Moody Mauve Cardstock. Cut close to the wording. Glue over the stamped image.
- Bling: Add Adhesive Backed Dragonflies & Birds to the background of the label shape.
