Pumpkin Spice Theme!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Connie & Mary! Happy Veterans Day to all of our Vets. My Vet happens to be in heaven but I still celebrate Dave. You’ll see a photo at the end of my post.
Our theme is all about pumpkin spice this week and I added lots of pumpkins on my pretty designer paper tag:
The Pick Of The Pumpkin Bundle is a fun one to create with. I love the coordinating punch that cuts a few of the pumpkins. I hand-cut the funky shaped one with Paper Snips. I also stamped direct-to-paper on my designer paper tag:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

- Layer 3: All About Autumn Designer Paper 4″ x 2-1/2″. Use Paper Snips for the banner shape at the bottom of one short side. Follow these steps:
- Stamp the leaf vein image at the top left with Early Espresso Ink.
- Stamp the dotted image over the vein with Pumpkin Pie Ink.
- Glue tag to card front at an angle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp and cut three pumpkins with Pumpkin Pie, Sweet Sorbet and Bermuda Bay Inks on Very Vanilla Cardstock.
- Stamp the small leaf image with Early Espresso Ink on the large pumpkin.
- Glue all three pumpkins to the tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp the bird image with Early Espresso Ink on Very Vanilla Cardstock. Color the beak with the Paper Pumpkin Stampin’ Write Marker. Hand-cut the bird and glue to the pumpkin with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Soft Sea Foam Cardstock 2-1/4″ x 1/2″ with Early Espresso Ink. Clut the top of the tag. Add one Stampin’ Dimensionals on the end at the right.
- Leaves: Use the punch with Soft Sea Foam and Old Olive Cardstocks to cut (9) leaves. Tuck and glue the leaves around the pumpkins and tag.
- Bling: Add the embellishments to the designer paper background.
