Pick Me Up Theme!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Connie & Mary! Do you tend to create cards for your stash ahead of time so you can just grab one when needed? I like having an assortment of cards ready, just in case. Especially thinking of you and get well cards. Today’s card is for our Pick Me Up theme and the Jungle Pals was perfect to use:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Jungle Pals
- Inks: Tuxedo Black Memento, Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends
- Cardstock: Pretty Peacock, Garden Green, Soft Sea Foam, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Softly Stippled
- Tools & Accessories: Jungle Pals Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Pretty Peacock Cardstock 11″ x 4-1/4″. Score and fold at 5-1/2″.
- Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4″ x 4″. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Softly Stippled Designer Paper 5″ x 3-3/4″. Set aside.
- Vines: Cut (4) vines using Soft Sea Foam Cardstock and the die. Glue to designer paper as shown on the card and cut the ends. Glue designer paper to card front.
- Critters: Stamp (2) of the critters with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Basic White Cardstock and color with Stampin’ Blends. Cut with the die and glue to the vines with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Leaves: Cut (2) of each leaf using the dies and Garden Green Cardstock. Tuck and glue under each critter with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on a 1/2″ strip of Pretty Peacock Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Trim to measure 2-3/4″ long and use Paper Snips to create a banner shape on the left end. Glue to card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
