Sketch Challenge This Week!
It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends . I had a lot of fun with our Sketch Challenge this week. Did you know the sketches are for inspiration and the shapes can be substituted? Just follow the sketch layout and all is good! This is what our sketch for this week looks like:
And my card:
I decided to let the A Little Latte Designer Paper do all of the work for me. The only stamping you’ll see on my card is the sentiment at the bottom:
I used the dies to cut the printed designer paper cups and also added two more layers using different patterns from the paper.
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Latte Love
- Cardstock: Pretty Peacock
- Designer Paper: A Little Latte
- Inks: Early Espresso
- Tools & Accessories: Latte Love Dies, Adhesive-Backed Swirl Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Pretty Peacock Cardstock 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
- Layer 2: A Little Latte Designer Paper 5-1/4″ x 4″. Stamp the sentiment at the bottom with Early Espresso Ink. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: A Little Latte Designer Paper 4″ x 1″. Glue about 1-1/2″ from the bottom.
- Cups: Use the coordinating Latte Love Die to cut 4 cups. Glue each cup with the handle facing the center with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Adhesive-Backed Swirl Dots to the background.
