Gratitude Theme!
Hello and welcome to a November Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! This month, our theme is gratitude which is perfect for Thanksgiving and all month long!
I used the Autumn Leaves Bundle for my card and made my own designer paper for one of the layers:
The leaf images are so pretty, especially when performing the Rock & Roll Technique which adds multiple colors to each leaf:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Changing Leaves
- Inks: VersaMark, Soft Sea Foam
- Cardstock: Garden Green, Soft Sea Foam, Basic Beige, Basic White
- Tools & Accessories: Changing Leaves Dies, Changing Leaves Hybrid Embossing Folder, Earth Tones Shimmer Gems, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Heat Tool, Basics Embossing Powders
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Garden Green Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4
- Layer 2: Soft Sea Foam Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Emboss with the Hybrid Embossing Folder. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Basic Beige Cardstock 4-1/2 x 3-1/4. Emboss with the Hybrid Embossing Folder. Glue 1/2″ from the left side.
- Stamped Leaf: Stamp the large leaf image on Basic White Cardstock with Soft Sea Foam Ink. Cut with the die. Glue to beige layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Diecut Leaves: Use the detail leaf dies to cut 3 leaves using Garden Green Cardstock. Glue to the bottom of the stamped leaf.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Garden Green Cardstock 2-3/4 x 3/4 using VersaMark Ink. Sprinkle with white embossing powder. Melt the powder with the Heat Tool. Glue to the bottom righ corner with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Earth Tones Shimmer Gems to the beige background.
