This is our Annual Christmas Kit and we have LOTS of inspiration!
Hello and welcome to our A Paper Pumpkin Thing monthly team blog hop. We are all Stampin’ Up! demonstrators that absolutely love our monthly Paper Pumpkin by Stampin’ Up! kits. I always make sure to remind everyone that October is our Christmas kit and we are never disappointed!
For my card this month, I used the preprinted card base and cut it down. What is great about this card base, the preprinted images are on the front and back so you can cut it up to make so many cards.
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Thick Basic White Cardstock 11″ x 4-1/4″. Score and fold at 5-1/2″. Stamp the snowflake image using Shaded Spruce Ink at the top right corner and bottom left corner.
- Layer #2: Shaded Spruce Cardstock 4-1/4″ x 3″. Emboss using the Checks & Dots Embossing Folder. Glue to card front at the left and at an angle.
- Layer #3: Cut the preprinted card base to measure 4-1/4″ x 3″. Glue to card front at the right and at an opposite angle to layer 2.
- Banner: Glue to banner to the bottom of layer 3 about 1/4″ from the bottom.
- Circle: Cut a circle from the kit in half and glue above the banner and towards the left.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on the label using Real Red Ink. Glue over the banner using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add the bling on the banner and circle as shown in the photo.
