A Mixture Of Cards For My Attendees!
Good morning! I am showing you the last card from my August Stamp Camp today and I am currently working on a Stamp Camp for October. For those of you that do not know, I just had surgery 2 weeks ago and have had to take it easy. The recuperation is 6-weeks with no lifting. I had injured myself when I was taking care of my hubby Dave during his cancer journey 3 years ago. All is going well. The no lifting part of the recuperation is hard but I’m doing it!
The bundle used on this card is from the Winterly Tree Tops Bundle. The pretty coloring on the bird was completed using our Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen:
I love the framed look created with one of the dies from the bundle.
Layers:
- Card Base: Pool Party Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Cut with the framed die. Glue with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Image: Stamp the bird image on Basic White Cardstock with StazOn Jet Black Ink. Color with the WaterColor Pencils and a Blender Pen. Glue to the inside of the frame with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp with the black ink on Real Red Cardstock 1″ wide and cut the ends close to the lettering. Glue over the frame at the bottom left.
