Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. Today we feature products that are retiring soon. These products are on our last chance list so make sure you grab them before they sell out!
I chose to use the Sweetest Cherries Bundle and the Glorious Gingham Designer Paper:
I didn’t get to use this bundle a whole lot, but love that the cherries can be cut with a coordinating punch. This is probably one of those bundles that I will keep because I love the cherries and the sentiments:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Sweetest Cherries
- Inks: Poppy Parade, Shaded Spruce, Pecan Pie
- Cardstock: Pecan Pie, Thick Basic White, Basic White
- Tools & Accessories: Cherry Builder Punch, Adhesive-Backed Shiny Sequins, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Thick Basic White Cardstock 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
- Layer 2: Glorious Gingham Designer Paper 5-1/2″ x 1″. Glue even at the left on the card base.
- Layer 3: Pecan Pie Cardstock 5-1/2″ x 1/2″. Glue next to the designer paper.
- Sentiments: Stamp the sentiments at the top and bottom of the card front with Poppy Parade Ink.
- Cherries: Stamp and cut the following:
- On scrap Basic White Cardstock, stamp (2) cherries with Poppy Parade Ink. Cut with the punch.
- On scrap Basic White Cardstock, stamp (5) leaves with Shaded Spruce Ink. Cut with the punch.
- On scrap Basic White Cardstock, stamp (3) stems with Pecan Pie Ink. Cut with the punch.
- Glue two stems to two cherries.
- Stamp the cherry image with the bite out of the cherry near the center with Poppy Parade Punch on the card front.
- Glue one stem to the cherry on the card front.
- Glue the two assembled cherries to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Tuck and glue all of the leaves with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Adhesive-Backed Shiny Sequins to the background.
