Layering Leaves And The Bough Punch!
Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenge. I hope you are having a great Labor Day weekend. I have been spending the whole weekend at camp and have prescheduled these posts for you. I will be back home sometime later today.
This week’s inspiration challenge is this beautiful photo full of vibrant colors:
I used the colors from the Full Of Life Designer Paper which was perfect. Take a look:
The Bough Punch made it easy for me to stamp and cut my tiny branches:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Layering Leaves
- Inks: Azure Afternoon, Petunia Pop, Old Olive, Calypso Coral, Lemon Lime Twist
- Cardstock: Azure Afternoon, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Full Of Life
- Tools & Accessories Bough Punch, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Petunia Pop Textured Ribbon, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Azure Afternoon 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Full Of Life Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 2-1/4. Glue to card base at the left.
- Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 1-3/4. Stamp the branch image repeatedly with Lemon Lime Twist Ink to fill the whole cardstock layer. Glue beside the designer paper.
- Layer 4: Azure Afternoon Cardstock 5-1/4 x 1/4″. Glue where the designer paper and white meet.
- Layer 5: Azure Afternoon Cardstock 4-1/4 x 2-1/2. Stamp the sentment at the top with Azure Afteroon Ink. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Branches: Stamp three branches on Basic White-one each with Petunia Pop, Old Olive and Calypsp Coral Inks. Cut with the punch. Glue below the sentiment with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Basic Rhinestone Jewels to the background.
- Ribbon: Tie a knot with the ribbon and glue to the center branch.
