- Punch Art Cat: Use the following to cut the pieces for the cat (disregard what I crossed off in red as I changed my mind):

- Eyes & Nose: 1/4″ Handheld Circle Punch to cut 2 with Basic Black Cardstock and 2 with Pretty In Pink Cardstock.
- Whiskers: Scrap Basic White Cardstock, cut 6 very skinny strips about 1-1/2″ long with Paper Snips.
- Tail: Handcut the shape of the tail with Basic Black Cardstock and Paper Snips.
How to assemble cat:
- Layer ears by gluing pink over black leaving about 1/4″ black at the top for both ears. Glue to the back of the head at the top.
- Glue the 1/4″ black circles to the white eyes. Add dots to each black circle with a White Gel Pen. Glue eyes to head.
- Glue one 1/4″ pink nose below the eyes.
- Glue 3 whiskers to each side of the pink nose. Trim the ends to fit inside the face. Glue the 2nd pink nose over the 1st nose with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. Draw a curve at the top of the nose with the White Gel Pen.
- Draw the mouth with the White Gel Pen.
- Glue the tail to the back of the face between the ears.
- Glue the 2 black circles for the paw to the back of the face at the bottom. Draw paw lines iwith the White Gel Pen.
- Glue the Punch Art Kitty to card front by adding adhesive to the bottom of the diecut circle. To keep things looking neat on the backside of the kitty when you open the card, cut one more 2″ circle and glue to the back of the kitty.
Finish the Card:
- Stamp the books image on Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Memento Black Ink. Color with Stampin’ Blends. Cut with the die. Glue to the right of the kitty with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bird: Stamp the bird on Basic Black Cardstock with VersaMark Ink. Sprinkle with white embossing powder. Melt with the Heat Tool. Cut with the die and glue on top of the books with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Add a layer of Basic White Cardstock to the inside of the card 5-1/4 x 4.
- Stamp the sentiment of a 1/4″ strip of Fresh Freesia Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Cut the two words apart. Glue above the kitty with Stampin’ Dimensionals when the card is in the closed position.
- Stamp the stars image with Fresh Freesia Ink in the white areas when the card is closed.
