June Is Foodie Month!
It’s Foodie time again! Foodie is our theme for June for our Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple. Connie and I both create simple cards for you so you can replicate them!
I let the A Little Latte Designer Paper do all of the work for my by using 3 different patterned sheets. The first two pieces are part of the layers on the card base and the third sheet, I hand-cut the twp coffee cups with Paper Snips:
Aren’t the two printed cups cute? I like the way they pop off of the orange patterned layer. The only stamps I used are the sentiment and the steam coming off of the coffee cup:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

- Designer Paper: A Little Latte
- Tools & Accessories: Adhesive-Backed Swirl Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Paper Snips
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Thick Basic White Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Early Espresso Cardstock 5-1/2″ x 1/2″. Glue even with the left edge.
- Layer 3: A Little Latte Designer Paper 5-1/2 x 3/4. Glue to the right of the espresso cardstock layer.
- Layer 4: A Little Latte Designer Paper 5-1/2 x 3. Glue to the right of layer 3.
- Coffee Cups: Cut 2 coffee mugs from the A Little Latte Designer Paper with Paper Snips, leaving a thin border around each cup. Glue the smaller cup to the left and flat. Position the 2nd cup without gluing to get an idea where to stamp the steam image. Remove the cup and stamp with Early Espresso Ink. Stamp a partial image on the cup as well. Line up the two stamped images and glue with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment below the cups with Early Espresso Ink.
- Bling: Add Adhesive-Backed Swirl Dots to the background.
