Happy Harvest Theme!
Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week and for this month, this is our theme:
I created a little scenery using the Garden Meadow Bundle. I also used the Leaf Collection background stamp for the leaf layers. Aren’t the colors I chose pretty together?
I just love the little fence diecut along with the trees:

Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Early Espresso Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Crushed Curry Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: In Color Designer Paper 5 x 3-3/4. Glue to card front.
- Layer 4: Basic White Cardstock 4-1/2 x 3-1/4. Use Blending Brushes to add Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Shy Shamrock Inks to the Leaf Collection stamp image. This is done with the stamp image facing up since it’s so large. Place the white cardstock over the stamp image and add a scrap paper over the white cardstock. Rub with your hands to transfer the image to the cardstock. Glue cardstock 1/2″ from the left edge with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Layer 5: Early Espresso Cardstock 3-1/2 x 3. Glue to card front.
- Layer 6: Crushed Curry Cardstock 3-1/4 x 2-3/4. Stamp the sentiment at the top with Early Espresso Ink. Glue to card front.
- Trees: Shy Shamrock Cardstock 3-1/4 x 2″. Use the tree die to cut and glue to the bottom of the Crushed Curry layer.
- Fence: Cut the fence with the die and Early Espresso Cardstock. Glue over the trees.
- Flowers: Stamp the flower image on Basic White with Early Espresso Ink. Cut with the die. Color with Stampin’ Blends. Glue over the left side of the fence with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
