Regal Flora & Happy Harvest Theme!
Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week and for this month, this is our theme:
Next week, tune in because we will have a brand new theme for November. This is the card I created using the Regal Flora Bundle with some fall colors for Happy Harvest:
When I decided to stamp and cut the sentiment layer, the die ends up cutting two pieces and I opted to use them both and positioned them at opposite angles to each other:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Regal Flora
- Inks: Poppy Parade, Peach Pie, Old Olve
- Cardstock: Poppy Parade, Peach Pie, Basic White
- Tools & Accessories: Regal Flora Dies, Peach Pie Bordered Ribbon, Deckled Rectangles Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Peach Pie Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Poppy Parade Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock cut with the Deckled Rectangles Dies 4-3/4 x 3-3/8. Stamp the images with all three ink colors. Glue to card front.
- Layer 4: Stamp the sentiment on Peach Pie Cardstock with Poppy Parade Ink. Cut with the label die. Glue the frame portion at an angle. Glue to stamped portion at an opposite angle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Image: Stamp one image with Old Olive Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Cut with the die and glue to the left corner of the sentiment.
- Ribbon: Tie a knot with the Peach Pie Ribbon. Glue to stamped image.
