A Sketch Challenge Week With Snowy Wonder!
It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends . Our challenge team is using this sketch for our projects this week:
I used the Snowy Wonder Bundle to create a cute scenery with the snow globe. I even have a Window Sheet on the front to make it look like glass:
It’s hard to capture the Window Sheet in my photo but it’s there! I love the tiny White Loose Snowflakes that I used on the background. Just a tiny dots of Multipurpose Glue and press them in place!
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Snowy Wonder
- Cardstock: Garden Green, Pool Party, Pecan Pie, Basic white
- Designer Paper: Snowy Scenes
- Inks: Poppy Parade, Garden Green, Pool Party, Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Write Marker
- Tools & Accessories: Snowy Wonder Dies, Window Sheets, White Loose Snowflakes, Pool Party Pompom Ribbon, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Blender Pen, Timber Embossing Folder
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Garden Green Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Pool Party Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4″. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Snowy Scenes Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 2. Glue to the bottom of the Pool Party layer.
- Ribbon: Add Tear & Tape to the top of the designer paper. Press the ribbon in place and trim the end.
- Snowglobe: Follow these steps:
- Snowglobe: Basic White Cardstock cut with the die. Glue over the ribbon at the left with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamped Images: Stamp the snowman, snowman hat, gift and two trees with the ink on Basic White Card stock. Use a Blender Pen to add Pool Party Ink to the snowman. Cut all images with the dies and glue flat to the snowglobe.
- Window Sheet: Cut the Window Sheet with th snowglobe die. Glue to white layer.
- Base: Cut the base with the die and emboss with the Timber Embossing Folder. Glue to the snowglobe with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Holly: Stamp the holly on Basic White Cardstock with Garden Green Ink. Cut with the die and glue to the top of the snowglobe.
- Stamped Images: Stamp one more tree and gift. Cut with the dies and glue to the right of the snowglobe with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Snowflakes: Stamp the snowflake image a few times on the Pool Party Cardstock with Pool Party Ink. Add dots of Multipurpose Glue and press the White Loose Snowflakes in place.
