I’m Thankful For You!
This was a card I designed a few months ago and am just now posting. I am on Day 22 of being sick with RSV so this card is appropriate for those of you that have privately contacted me during this awful illness. I’m thankful for you checking in with me. I am getting better but the cough seems to be lingering and I have lost my voice. I just finished a 10-day round of antibiotics and hoping I don’t have to go back to my doctor or the ER.
You can see the beautiful details in all of the diecuts and stamping. It’s easy to layer with leaves and end up with something so pretty:
The Autumn Leaves stamp set and Autumn Leaves Dies are still available in our line-up of products. The All About Autumn Designer Paper has since retired. The paper actually sold out during our last Mini Catalog. Here are the measurements:
- Card Base: Copper Clay Cardstock 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
- Layer 2: Mossy Meadow Cardstock 5-1/4″ x 4″. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Early Espresso Cardstock 4-1/2″ x 3-3/4″. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Layer 4: All About Autumn Designer Paper, 3 pieces 3-1/2″ x 1-1/4″. Glue evenly spaced on the Early Espresso Cardstock layer.
- Leaves & Branches: Add the following layers:
- Large Leaf: Stamp with Pretty Peacock Ink on Basic White Cardstock
- Medium Leaf: Stamp with Mossy Meadow Ink on Basic White Cardstock
- Small Leaf: Gold Foil Sheets
- Leaf Vein: Gold Foil Sheets
- Ribbon Knot: Copper & Natural Ribbon Combo Pack,
- Bling: Adhesive-Backed Speckled Dots
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Basic White and cut with the label die. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
