If you never seen the Floating Strips Technique, it’s just some fun stuff! All of the strips are glued with Adhesive Foam Strips onto a Window Sheet and then glue to the front of the card. It truly does resemble floating strips. My strips were easy to cut because I used the two sheets from the designer paper that had the stripes on them.
