It’s An Inspiration Cake Photo!
Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is this beautiful cake adorned with some luscious fruit:
I love to garden. I have many flower gardens and I also grow my own vegetables, raspberries and blueberries. I recently planted 5 apple trees that will hopefully produce apples in a few years. I also actually just finished picking the last of my blueberries this past week and this cake photo reminded me of the Blueberry Bunches stamp set. This is the card I created using this stamp set:
I used Stampin’ Blends markers to color the image. I love how easily these markers add color to our beautiful stamped images:

- Stamps: Blueberry Bunches
- Inks: Misty Moonlight
- Blends: Boho Blue, Shy Shamrock
- Cardstock: Melon Mambo, Basic Black, Basic White
- Tools & Accessories: Paper Snips, Opal Rounds Assortment, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Melon Mambo Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Basic Black Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock 4-3/4 x 3-1/2. Stamp the sentiment about 1-1/4″ from the bottom with Melon Mambo Ink. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Blueberries: Stamp the blueberries image on Basic White Cardstock with Misty Moonlight Ink. Color the berries with Boho Blue Stampin’ Blends and the leaves with Shy Shamrock Stampin’ Blends. Handcut and glue above the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Opal Rounds Assortment to the white background.
