Better late then never right?
I’m happy to report that I am almost caught up to where I should be since the passing of my hubby. I had about 2 months of catching up to do. It’s so hard to explain what grief does to a person. I suffered from exhaustion the last month and am starting to feel a little better. The grief though for me, happens more in the mornings because Dave was retired and I work from home so we always woke up together, had breakfast together and it’s so quiet in the house now. Dave and I were always very talkative with each other. Nights are okay because by the time I drag myself to bed, I am really tired. I have used melatonin for a few years and my son’s girlfriend also suggested a diffuser with lavender essential oils, and the combination of the two is working for me.
So as I tried to go in my stamp room to work, I found that I did not know where to start, and mostimes I would just sit there. My brain did not want to concentrate and focus. This past weekend though, I got all of my mailings out and now I am working on getting my Merry Christmas Card Club ready and my In Color Club. Everything is back to where it should be.
Paper Pumpkin was one of those things that sat there so I worked on the June and July kits and got those done. Today I am showing you the June kit. The three cards you see here, were created using the instructions with the kit.
As you know, if you are a Paper Pumpkin subscriber of mine, I send you a monthly newsletter with alternative projects you can do with your kit. I list all the products and steps to replicating my projects.
