Bundles Of Fun Theme!
Welcome to the Stampers Dozen February Blog Hop. This month, we are all using a current bundle from our catalogs. I opted to use the Sweet Citrus Bundle. Follow along and at the bottom of my post, I will direct you to the next person participating with our blog hop!
My card uses some pretty Stampin’ Up! products. What is great about the Sweet Citrus Bundle is it comes with these three products:
The Sweet Citrus Bundle includes the Sweet Citrus Stamp Set and the Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing Folder.
The Sweet Citrus Bundle is three products in one—a stamp set, a 3D embossing folder, and dies! You can use these items separately for a clean, modern look. Or use them together to create such dimensional images.
I used all three products on my card. You can see the pretty embossing on the Basic White background and again on each individual fruit piece:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Sweet Citrus
- Inks: Shaded Spruce, Flirty Flamingo
- Designer Paper: Country Gingham
- Cardstock: Shaded Sprice, Flirty Flamingo, Mint Macaron, Basic White
- Tools & Accessories: Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing Folder, Iridescent Basic Pearl Jewels, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Shaded Spruce 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
- Layer #2: Flirty Flamingo Cardstock 5-1/4″ x 4″. Glue to card base.
- Layer #3: Basic White Cardstock 5″ x 3-3/4″. Stamp the sentiment at the top right with Shaded Sprice Ink. Embossing with the embossing folder only. Glue to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Designer Paper: Cut a piece of designer paper 3-3/4″ x 1-3/4″. Cut at an angle to 1/2″ wide at the top. Glue to the left on the white layer.
- Fruit: Stamp the 3 fruit images on Mint Macaron Cardstock with Shaded Spruce Ink. Use the folder and dies to cut and emboss. Glue to card front starting with the larger image flat and the other two images with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Leaves: Stamp the leaf image three times with on Mint Macaron Cardstock with Shaded Spruce Ink. . Cut with the dies. Tuck and glue under the fruit pieces.
- Flowers: Stamp the flower images on Basic White Cardstock with Flirty Flamingo Ink. Cut with the dies. Glue around the fruit with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Iridescent Basic Pearl Jewels to the background.
