Stampin’ Up! Style #StampinUpWCMD22
It’s my final day to show you the third project from our recent World Cardmaking Day. Stampin’ Up! hosted an online event that anyone could attend, and it was so much fun to create along. Because I had a craft fair that day, I missed the event on the actual day, but it was recorded. These were the three cards and the one I am showing you today is the wreath card:
The wreath is multi-layered and the bundle made it so easy for ue. There’s a stamped wreath layer followed by two diecut wreath layers and then a pretty bow:
Once you view these two detailed photos, you can stamp along with my steps below:
Layers you will need:
Card Steps:
- Fold card base on the score line.
- Stamp the holly berry image repeatedly starting at the top right corner down to the bottom left corner using Crumb Cake Ink. Stamp several times without reinking for lighter ink colors.
- Using the largest white layer and the single branch image, stamp in a circular motion to create the wreath shape with Old Olive Ink. Glue to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Use a Water Painter to add Old Olive Ink to the two Shimmery White Cardstock layers. Color the whole cardstock pieces and don’t worry about variation of the ink color. Allow to dry.
- Use both wreath dies to cut one of each using the watercolored cardstock.
- Layer both diecut wreaths to the stamped wreath.
- Use a Water Painter to add Flirty Flamingo Ink to the small Shimmer White Cardstock layer. Allow to dry.
- Cut the bow using the die with the watercolored cardstock.
- Glue wreath to wreath.
- Add Irridescent Basic Pearls to the wreath.
- Stamp the sentiment using Crumb Cake Ink on the small strip of Basic White Cardstock. Trim the left end at an angle. Glue to wreath layer using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
